How to do a clean on a Mac

Where do I run the dbeaver -clean command from in the Terminal windows? Since it is inside the dmg file, I'm not sure how to access it from Terminal. I did have DBeaver working then the next day I started getting an error dialog saying "DBeaver is damaged and can't be opened." Thx
