Bug: Several Datasource-Files

First thank you for adding the feature to use several datasourse files.

I'm afraid we have a problem that only changes of data sources in .dbeaver-data-sources.xml are saved.

For example if I want to save or change the password/user of a connection in DBeaver ,which is not included in .dbeaver-data-sources.xml,
the changes are not saved.

On the other hand if the connection is defined in .dbeaver-data-sources.xml there is no problem.

Can you please fix this issue.
