Minor enhancments

Hi,

I've collected a few minor modification that I though would be great:
1. Whenever a query fails due to lost connection, offer a reconnect in the error message box.
2. When running a query, run what's between semicolons (now, if a query contains empty lines, you should select the entire query).
3. When the query elapsed time is large enough, turn to minutes and hours.
