MSSQL : Edit stored procedure

Hello,

Currently DBeaver doesn't have MS SQL specific extension so it works with it in generic mode (using JDBC API).
In generic mode it can't edit procedures or any other database specific objects.

MS SLQ extension is in TODO but I can't yet say when exactly it will be implemented.
In fact currently I am the only active developer and there too many features in TODO
At least wee need extensions for DB2 and PostgreSQL.
I'll publish roadmap in nearest time.

I'm beginning this week end to see your code on public svn (is it the last version of code).

If you want some help to develop dbeaver, I can took on my personal time to help you.
