For sure, it is planned. But not very soon.

Oracle has a lot of features (I believe more than any other database). I can't say whether we support all of them in some time or not. Many of them require native client and can't be implemented with plain JDBC (and it makes plugin development much more complicated).

I think we will add Oracle plugin this spring. Initially it will support most of metadata objects (tablespaces, triggers, packages, etc) in read-only mode. Also I'd like to add support of Oracle-specific datatypes (especially XML). I need it in my work but XML type supported only by TOAD and (partially) by SQL developer. Unfortunatelly both of them are too heavy and unstable.

If you meant some certain features then please describe them here. Probably we will add them in the initial version of Oracle plugin.

Most important to me is to have an ability to view, modify and commit storage procedures in oracle packages. I'm hoping, you'll implement it too. :)
