The new feature would be to see the table definitions and procedures but also function PL / SQL

This feature is already available for an Oracle database:

Tables -> Properties -> DDL

I'm not sure that I understood you correctly but functions (procedures) source is available for Oracle. Views definition is available too.

Is true in driver postgresql NOT exist option for EDIT o SEE the DEFINITION of the functions. And is very important.

There is no PostgreSQL extension in DBeaver for now. So only generic JDBC functions are accessible, it doesn't allow to view procedures/functions source.
