Use a dedicated support site

Why not using a site like , or to handle support and feature request.

I agree, managing feature requests/feedbacks using plain forum engine is not convinient. And we have to do something in this direction in future.
Actually we have bugtracking system but it is not public yet and I'm not sure that posting feature requests thru it will be convinient for users (while its perfect for developers).
Anyway I'll investigate services you mentioned and probably we'll integrate with one of them.
