Feat Req: Execution history

Postby marty » Thu Nov 17, 2011 12:41 pm

Dear all,

I'm not quite sure but this may be relatively trivial to implement:
It'd be nice to have a history of all queries executed, together with a timestamp and which host (or connection) it was executed on.

I came across this feature while using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio at a friends place. There's a free (as in beer) plugin for the SQL Server Management Studio (http://www.ssmstoolspack.com/) which does exactly that.

IIRC it just writes each query executed to a folder...
These queries can then be searched for keywords or just liisted in chronological order.

What do you think about this?
Regards

Isn't a Query Manager in DBEaver a feature you are requested? You can find it in Window menu.
