Hi all:
I use version dbeaver 1.4.0 and found that: table cell can't be edit event I click "Edit cell", click F2.
But it can when using 1.3.4.
And there is another question, my table has a number column. And in version 1.4.0, table cell will show it's content as [BigDecimal] and I can't see the number value, how can I change?

PS: my database is Oracle

Thanks for your effort~

I believe it is the same issue as this one - viewtopic.php?f=2&t=251
Fix of this bug will be included in the nearest hotfix version (in the beginning on next week).

This situation happens when Oracle returns column data type name as TIMESTAMP(X) or NUMBER(X,Y) while generally it should return just plain TIMESTAMP and NUMBER names. We didn't yet know why and in which cases it is happen because only a few columns in database have such weird types.
Anyway we have workaround fix and it will be included in the next version.

Thanks for report!

Hi, is it still impossible edit cells when I execute a select via SQLEditor?

I often use complex query both on a single table and on a join tables.

I notice another thing.
I open a SQL Editor loading a sql file. If I change some select and save it, the file is not changed.

DBeaver 2.4.2
Oracle 11

Regards

p.s. sorry for my bad english :-(
