How to add a plugin

Hello,

first of all thanks to all people who created this sw that i discovered recently and I started using with pleasure; is there a way to add a plugin to modify sw behaviour? I mean something like vim plugin for Eclipse that allow you to use vim keys (j, k, etc) for text editing?
