Hi,

Most of the the production cassandra systems rely on SSL encryption for connecting to cassandra cluster.
Two helpful feature will be
1) Supporting SSL encrytion: Option in connection settings to provide path to public certificate( obtained from cassandra admin)
2) Supporting client certificate auth: Using certificates from client side aswell. The public part of this certificate will be in cassandra truststore

Thnaks,
Punit.

Hi,

Next major version of DBeaver will have Cassandra 2.0 support.
It will use new binary CQL protocol (instead of Thrift). SSL support is planned.

Thanks
