Hi,

Yes. There is project export/import feature (main menu File->Export/Import).
But the simplest way is to copy USER_HOME/.dbeaver folder to another machine. Thus you will keep all UI settings too. But before you do it please make sure you use the same DBeaver version on both machines.

import/expor procedure (from windows to linux) raises an error:

"unable to import /project/DBeaver1 becasuse DBeaver1 exists"

Yep, I've already fixed this problem with project import, fix will be included in the next version.
Have you tried to copy .dbeaver folder? Generally it doesn't matter on what OS do you start DBeaver, Eclipse is multiplatform.
In worst case you will have to delete .metadata folder to eset all UI settings.
