Can't use "+" of the keypad on Eclipse 4.2

Postby stouzet » Wed Mar 27, 2013 10:35 am

Hello,

After installing DBeaver 2.1.0 (or 2.0.3) on Eclipse 4.2 we loose the "+" key of the keypad in the Java Editors.

Any way to correct this problem ?

Hello,

It is a serious problem.
Some DBeaver command handlers are global (works in any context, view or editor) and overrides standard shortcuts in all perspectives.
Similar problem appears in modal dialogs/wizards when ctrl-c copies element name from navigator tree instead of this modal dialog.

These problems will be fixed in the next version (has to be released on this weekend).
Create object, delete object, copy/paste object command handlers will become non-global and will work only in special DBeaver views/editors.

Thanks for report!

Currently as a workaround you may remove Numpad_Add binding in Eclipse preferences.
DBeaver binds it to "Create Object" command.
