I noticed the context menu (right-click) for indexes. Shows an awkward name for 'Index'. It shows '%tree.indexe.node.name'. I'm guessing this is some parameter or variable in the GUI. Perhaps the extra 'e' in 'indexe' is what is causing it? or maybe its missing as 's' ('indexes').
