[informix] bug: can't choose database

Hello,
I can connect to informix with this syntax:
jdbc:informix-sqli://host:port:INFORMIXSERVER=server
(without database name)
dbeaver returns all database (what I want).
The problem is that I can't choose database, see attachment.
The droplist is inactive.

if I give a database name, I have also the others...
So strange that we have to give a database name

Hi!

At the moment Informix driver isn't configured to support database change. Generic driver supports this feature but it needs two SQL queries: one to select active database and another to change active database (you may see these queries in configuration of other drivers, DB2 for example). We can add support of schema change for Informix driver in next version.

BTW may be you know what exact queries could be used for this issue? For sure I can find this info by myself but in fact I'm not Informix pro so I can't be sure it will be the best ones.

I don't know if it helps, but the existing databases in informix you can find in

database: sysmaster
schema: informix
table : sysdatabases

I have the same problem, that with this feature (switching db's) I cannot switch to your plugin.
