Spent the whole day looking for the solution and at last!
$sudo apt-get install dconf-tools
$dconf-editor
at /org/gnome/desktop/interface
find toolkit-accessebility and disable it
I don't really know what app enabled it and I'm not sure if it's normal for dbeaver to crash because of this setting. So I hope You'll fix the bug

And I'd like to thank developers for this really great app! The only reason I had to run wine - there were no good database managers for linux, and with ssh-tunneling DBeaver is the best now!
