Link update result of query to external table

I would like to compare several indentical oracle tables in different schemes, which is apparently impossible (with minus and/or other commands). Plan ''b" is creating a new database with tables in which I copy these data (via the build in function in dbeaver) allowing me to make queries within same schematic...
Can I write a script to copy these data (result set of query) automatically, this script, if possible, could maybe also include truncating those tables prior to the update, making indexes,...
I hope this sounds clear from a newby, if anybody should have a plan c or d, please let me know...
