3.5.9 DateTime and Date type display not correctly in Sqlite

The date time and date type in Sqlite doesn't display properly.
Is this a Bug or I am not using it correctly?
I was using 3.0.2 which is fine. But it is not in your old download list. Is there anyway I can download 3.0.2 x64 for windows?
