Hello,
I've download DBeaver and installed it on a Windows 7 server, in a common directory, where other team members can access and evaluate it. I can start the application without any issues. A co-worker receives this error every time he tries to start the application: “an error has occurred check the log file”. I looked in his c:\Users\[userName] looking for the .dbeaver directory. This directory does not exist. Without this directory all error messages are lost.
What would prevent this directory from being created in his home directory? If he creates this directory, should the application start?
It would be nice if the error message was displayed to the user in the dialog box being opened with the above message.
Thank you,
Richard
