I can ACK the bug on both Fedora 22 and 23.
Most likely RPM was built against RHEL 5/6 or an older Fedora that uses a different RPM cpio format.

Is there's a link to the SPEC or SRPM file? I can help porting it to Fedora 22/23.

I'm making RPMs using this lib: https://github.com/craigwblake/redline
Apparently I used old version, just updated to the most recent (1.2.2). It has some fixes regarding modern RPM format.
BTW I'll release DBeaver 3.5.4 tomorrow morning.
