Unable to open when running OS X

Hello,
when I try and open DBeaver I'm prompted with:
“Dbeaver” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Trash
If I navigate into the package and run the dbeaver command from the CLI, it does start.

thanks for any pointers.

note, I'm running 10.11.1 and latest download of Beaver.
Edit:
This is the issue OS X reports:
$ spctl --asses DBeaver.app
DBeaver.app: code has no resources but signature indicates they must be present

Please, provide a bit more info.
You still see “Dbeaver” is damaged and can’t be opened" error message?
Did you try dmg package?

tried the DMG, same error.
When trying to open (clicking) on the app, I get the error message.

$ spctl --asses DBeaver.app
DBeaver.app: code has no resources but signature indicates they must be present

Looks like problems with certificate.
DBeaver (being an open-source product) isn't signed by certificate.
However usually this doesn't lead to any problems, you just need to make a couple of extra clicks..
Maybe your Mac has non-standard security policy?

I'm having the same issue - nothing to do with security policy, etc. Prev version worked just fine. Got a change to upgrade yesterday to latest and have this issue now.

Got this to try from Serge @ JKiss. This worked and I set the setting back from "Allow Apps" still worked..

https://discussions.apple.com/thread/6551715
".. go to System Preferences>Security & Privacy>General, set 'Allow Apps etc' to 'Anywhere'. Change it back after you download this app .."
It is actually a workaround, not a solution. Please report about results.

Yes, possible workaround is to temporary to download DBeaver.
Unfortunately this issue isn't yet fixed. It is typical problem for many RCP applications..
