MySQL Stored procedure save issues - MacBook Air

I am using DBeaver V 3.0.0 on a MacBookAir6,2 on OS X 10.9.4 to run - Server version: 5.6.19 MySQL Community Server.
This is a problem I have face on the earlier version of DBeaver also, where the data changes made to the Stored procedures were being lost when the stored procedure tab was closed after the changes. - This is very annoying!!!
In addition, there have also been random issues where on saving the Stored procedure (persist) the stored procedure is lost in its entirety -- Yet to see this happen on V 3.0.0
